Terms & Conditions
  • Please help us by arriving on time and letting the host on the door know as soon as you arrive.
  • Your allocated masterclass times cannot be changed and as such any lateness may result in the class being shortened to fit within the remaining allocated time.
  • All deposits/paid amounts will be redeemed against your masterclass on the day.
  • The final/remaining amount for the package will need to be paid for at the table in person (as well as any additional items ordered on your visit).
  • Deposits are non refundable if you cancel your booking or simply don’t arrive on the day of the booking.
  • Should you need to cancel, please contact us to discuss.
  • If we need to cancel, based on government guidelines, we will contact you.
  • We do not guarantee any specific areas/tables, however we do our best to accommodate your preferred area/table requests and the management reserves the right to reallocate areas subject to availability.
  • The Cocktail Masterclass offer includes a welcome glass of fizz creation of 2 cocktails (Pornstar Martini, Espresso Martini, Classic Mojito or Virgin Mojito, or Gordons Pink Spritz) and a Jager bomb.
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry and/or service to any members of your party in accordance with licensing laws.
  • We operate a Challenge 25 policy, please ensure ID is available if requested.
  • No under 18’s are allowed on the premises.
