Corporate Events

Sway is steeped in a history all of its own, so why not come to make history of your own. Sway is both on the edge of the CITY and the WEST END, hence is perfectly placed to accommodate your corporate events.

The Restaurant
Corporate Hire 7am – 11am (150pax)

Whether you are having a breakfast meeting, team training or a recruitment open day, this is the perfect space to host an event. Download the new Sway Breakfast Menu.

The Club
250 Reception, 200 Theatre Style, 120 Seated

The Club has full wooden floors, comes fully equipped with a state of the art sound and lighting system (which you can plug into if required) plus it has two fully serviced bars.

Crystal Lounge
200 Reception, 50 Theatre Style, 50 Seated

Packed with lots of original features this is the perfect space for networking, product launches, private screenings or even your company social events. The centre piece is a stunning Crystal Chandelier, art décor bar and raised DJ Booth. It also boosts a fully integrated 9ftx9ft screen and data projector which is ideal for attention grabbing presentations or private screenings.

Velvet
60 – 80 Reception

The Velvet room can be used in conjunction with the Crystal Lounge or privately. Filled with soft relaxed furnishings and another stunning Chandelier and a fully serviced bar, this room is ideal for more relaxed informal networking events, meetings and product launches.

Suede
40 Reception

The ultimate chill out room! Warm colours and soft furnishings, it’s a great VIP room for any event with its own private bar.

Create your event around the design of each of our unique areas, or use the space as a blank canvas, to brand and design to your requirements.
